Details :
On enduro bikes, the speed and odometer readings displayed on the speedometer are detected by a magnetic sensor that is connected to the original instrumentation.
You can therefore use the sensor already present on the motorcycle by simply intercepting its signal using the special wiring kit, to connect it to the Joymap and retain the functionality of the original odometer without cutting or modifying the pre-existing original wiring of the motorcycle.
As you can see in the diagram, a Y-cable is supplied ( red in the picture) which takes the signal from the actuator for the Joymap and allows reconnection with the speedometer using the same connectors as the motorcycle.
Then, using the other Y cable ( blue in the photo), it is possible to connect both the power supply (to the motorcycle battery) and the sensor signal to the Joymap.
The Joymap will transmit the sensor signal via Bluetooth to the navigation device, whether it is a smartphone or a tablet.
The system is easy to install; it does not require cutting any of the motorcycle's original cables.
